I like this condo, but I would prefer an elevator for 3 floors. The price is good. But I walk everyday, at a local park here in California and it is 1 mile wide, so I go around the whole park. I will probably do the same there that is why I would prefer an elevator. I try to stay young, but my baldness gives me away. BHU - BALD HEADS UNITE!!!

Not a shade tree in sight, 23 years ago I bought my half acre at lone mountain and tee pee for $ 247,000 4 bedroom 2 1/2 bathrooms compound, peace and quiet and my German shepherds love it !

It's a nice condo for the price. I have a condo in Los Angeles County that I am planning to sell. It is rented out now It is a 2 bed & 2 bath. and 2 level. It is close to $450,000 right now. The association really keep's it up nice for $310 a month. Just minutes from Knott's Berry Farm. I am looking in either Palm Springs or Vegas. These are the only 2 locations I visit when I am on Vacation. I am single but have a big family with 5 nieces and one great nephew. When we have a birthday like last week a lot of the family come, we celebrated in Huntington Beach on the sand. We always have good time though next the 4th of July. We watch fireworks from my house where they shoot fireworks from a local park.

Totally agree with your endorsement Chakits. I have worked in luxury condo buildings across Manhattan and Miami, including Four Seasons permanent residences buildings. It is remarkable how spotlessly clean, well-mapped and organized the innards of the FS buildings are maintained. The security at their service areas are also much tighter compared to others. The staff and service personnel simply appear happier to work there... it enables them to perform at a higher level, from culinary to concierge to cleaner.

Always get rid of the pony walls, they closed things off and make the home look cheap. I would say that’s a MUST option.

I found out about this place weeks ago through an ad on some website I was on, I just dont like HOA'S and unless I was running it for life in this building this development would be a no for me but it is a nice project anyway thanks for the tour, Chuck and take care in the heat because it is hot we'll catch you on the next one.

This was one of my favorite videos. I personally LOVE low maintenance living so if I could afford one, I would buy and be super happy. Though she was talking about the outdoor amenities, I honestly wouldn't be buying a home there b/c I care for the outdoors. Lol And whatever you are doing keep it up! Loving the GQ look Chakits! This is an amazing property. I thought Darin said the community was non-HOA however he clarified that this sub division has 2 HOA's which is a downer. The main bedroom would be perfect if it was larger with a seating area. Also, I wonder if any of the properties will be built with a casita as opposed to a third floor next gen. If someone has parents who need to stay with them, they properly won't be able to take the stairs. Great work again Chuck! 21 years of marriage and looking great!

I love this Chuck! The Four Seasons is my FAVORITE hotel here in Vegas to hold VIP sessions with clients. We appreciate the fact that it is a non-gaming hotel and there is never any real riff raff foot traffic. The restaurants along with the servers are always top notch. I can see why this living opportunity is 50% sold out! You're looking great as usual Chuck! Keep up the excellent work
